pretty much. a guy's arm is either built to withstand a pitching motion over and over or it isn't. Kerry Wood's isn't, Nolan Ryan's was. You just never know

No, I always think it favors the more offensively talented team. I think everyone would agree that's not the USA. I figured it would at least help the US get into the offensive zone more easily. Maybe "favor" isn't the right word, but it at least helps them
