  1. Boy you sure told them! I'm so upset by your controversial position on this topic! I'm just so angry about it!
  2. eh, it wasn't that great.

  6. A troll? I am just defending against unnecessary reactionary meatball fans. Every team has a stinker game and the coaching staff should not be fired after one stinker game. Plus Lovie doesn't have much talent to work with right now. Should he be fired because Urlacher is hurt, Pisa is hurt, Tommie has been just a shadow of his former self? That is out of his control. He has been one of the most successful coaches in recent memory. Seriously, wtf is a meatball? Would you say that you are "attracted" to this game?
  7. Does this game make you "happy"?
  8. My all Big Ten team: G: E'Twaun Moore G: Chris Kramer G: Lewis Jackson F: Robbie Hummel C: JaJuan Johnson
  9. :-))
  10. They made it sound like he was woozy but never left the bench. Mitchell came out of the box and blindsided him. If they kill this, huge. he did leave the bench. looked like possible concussion.
  11. Good point. Michigan State would beat 2/3 of the SEC and they are the 6th best team in the big ten. Why is Michigan State good now? A month ago everyone said they were crap. don't ask me, meph said it.
  12. And your wrong. If Arkansas and Iowa met in the Capital One bowl, or Sugar Bowl or any bowl down there Iowa would be favored by 1.5. Give or take a couple. Thats based on what the teams have done up to right now. Teams favored by a field goal or less generally win 55% of the time. Who said I was flipping a fair coin? but point spreads are not based on who is the better team. They are based on trying to get an equal amount of action going both ways. The SEC is as good as the NFL perception will sway the spread. It has been that way for years. Yet like I pointed out the Big Ten seems to be holding its own in ACTUAL games. iowa isn't even favored against michigan state. Good point. Michigan State would beat 2/3 of the SEC and they are the 6th best team in the big ten.
  13. dang, good catch.
  14. easy there captain hyperbole, all he said was that it would be a coin flip and laid out his reasons why. If SEC don't have good QB's this year, they DEFINITELY have good defenses. Hyperbole was deserved since a worse Iowa team was up on South Carolina 31-0 in the third quarter last year.
  15. Do you really think Iowa can beat Arkansas more than half the time? One thing Iowa can't do is score. One thing Iowa hasn't faced is a pass happy SEC offense like Arkansas. It's a good matchup for the Razorbacks. South Carolina's outstanding defense would keep the game close and be a coin flip game. Ditto for Ole Miss. Auburn's probably not a coin flip. Ironically enough Auburn's probably #7, 8 or 9 in the SEC. Hell, Tennessee would be a coin flip game too. Iowa can't score against an average defense, much less good ones that most of the SEC possess. So we can say that Iowa will probably score, on average between 14 and 17 points in those games. I like Arkansas's chances of putting up at least three touchdowns on Iowa. I like South Carolina's chances to put up 14-17 consistently. I like Tennessee's chances of being able to put up 14-17 consistently. It's pretty damn close. No, you're right. Iowa would not be able to compete with teams like South Carolina. In fact, they would probably get blown out.
  16. name the 3rd best team in the Pac 10. hell, name the 4th best SEC team. Ole Miss, Arkansas, Auburn, South Carolina? scary. All of whom would probably be a coin-flip against #1 Big Ten team big bad Iowa. ok
  17. name the 3rd best team in the Pac 10. hell, name the 4th best SEC team. Ole Miss, Arkansas, Auburn, South Carolina? scary.

  20. I'll bet you can squeal like a pig!
  21. Maybe give Deon Thomas some cash under the table for an interview or two?
  22. Is there gonna be a Ron Zook Q&A??? Oh, boy do I have some questions I'd like to ask him. I can't wait!
  23. Are they really worth insulting? BC is a nonentity. Though their punk fan base would never accept that. I attended the BC game in 2004 that we lost by one and their fans were intolerable leaving the stadium. Strong words from a fan of a team that has lost six straight games to them.
  24. Good point. I think I agree with that. If it turns out that one of the players offed him I will go with West Virginia, and if not I will go with UCONN. It's just too bad how much this is messing with the line on the game. WV -7 right now.
  25. seriously? I don't follow UCONN enough to know how much this injury hurts their chances. I think that player is dead. I know, that's why I am asking.
