    Question. Did he fumble this much while he played at Iowa? He only really played one year at Iowa full time (he was a back up the first couple of years an played mostly in garbage time) but I don't remember him fumbling often. ESPN said he didn't fumble but I don't know if they just don't keep that stats on that or if it's actually true but now he definitely has issues with it.

    Sanchez is the reason that they won't be a super bowl team I think. The rest of the team is great. Especially Shonn Greene:)

    The Jets defense is really really good? Their offense is as bad as their defense is good. LT is at over 5 yards a carry right now. They don't have Santonio Holmes. Its Week 1. They are playing Baltimore. LT broke one run for 21 yards. Other than that he's at 6-15. There is no way they can run as effectively as last year and Sanchez cannot throw the football. They went 9-7 last year and didn't make a single upgrade. Santonio Holmes is pretty good once his suspension is over.

    I've been terrified of the Arizona game all summer. I really hope Iowa can dominate both lines like they have been doing (against weaker teams obviously.)

    Hopefully they can get healthy. Thankfully we have the Bills next week and I hope there is no letdown. Sounds like Grant's probably going to end up missing the game against Buffalo because of the sprained ankle. Hopefully he won't end up missing too much time. Harrell probably has a torn ACL and Jenkins suffered a broken hand, although he'll play through it. It definitely could've been worse. All we had to do was look at the other sideline to see that. Just fortunate we won yesterday. I don't care how ugly it looked at the end. It's pretty hard to gameplan for a pocket passer and then have a completely different style QB simply come into the game full time. I've seen that sort of thing happen before. That's exactly what I was thinking.

    If you have to analyze that much to give a reason why a play isn't a catch it's a catch. That's a bad rule.

    This might be a case where the rule screws the Lions. That's a catch but it probably isn't because of the way the rule is written.

    I'm either really impressed with the Lions mostly revamped line or I am not impressed by the Bears o-line. I doubt the Lions line is as good as they've looked.

    I think it's smart to pin the Lions deep with a back up QB coming in. They aren't moving the ball the rest of the game unless Stafford comes back, just play field positioning until you stop turning it over and you'll score.
