    The Vikings could use another receiver, but I'm none too high on Robiskie. Another challenging position is DT. Yes, the Williams' are solid, but Pat is nearing retirement. However, none of the DTs on the board blow me away. The Vikings could also use help in the return game, and with some uncertainty at QB, more interesting plays could be drawn up. One player could help with all that. This may seem like a homer pick, but: The Minnesota Vikings select: Derrick Williams, WR, Penn St.

    Yeah, Hendry with that whopping 3 middle infielders on his 40 man roster! Two are his starting SS and 2B, but this dope also has an extra one to make three! How redundant!! He is in love with middle infielders! And did we mention Hendry is fat? Maybe he also acquired some doughnuts, ha, ha, ha!! I'm not singling this year out. It's a combination of the past few years. And I didn't make a fat joke, you did.

    I would make a joke about Hendry and mediocre middle infielders, but it's just too darn easy. German and Rivas are basically the same player. Edit: Upon consulting their stats, it appears German can actually take a walk, whereas Rivas cannot.

    Okay that makes even less sense now. What did he say? it says he grew up in jersey, i'm assuming that's why he's a giants fan. and uses the term skyball. No, I understood that he lived in Jersey, what I don't understand is the meaning he attaches to skyball. I've lived in Jersey for 10 years and have been around north and south jersey for 14 and I've never heard the phrase. I also don't know any Giants fans from Jersey. Every Giants fan I know is from NY or PA. Jersey is jetsland, outside the southern part, as you well know. I'm from Jersey. It was determined he meant "snowball" not skyball. And I know a lot of Giants fans in north Jersey.

    It may become a big deal to the rest of the world but not here because players will always opt out to avoid getting hurt. I would die if that happened.

    Never got to comment on the Devils' trade. I like Havelid as more depth on defense. I would've preferred a more physical defenseman, but oh well. There's talk of Clemmensen getting traded for a scoring center or a physical defenseman so I'm interested to see what happens tomorrow.

    The Vikings have a bunch of needs (WR, CB, LB). With Harvin and Maclin gone right before me, I am turning elsewhere. Winfield isn't getting younger and will be leaving via FA or retirement soon.
