You still have them. Have you tried using them under the new UI? couldn't figure out how. i swear there used to be something like "commissioner tools" staring me right in the face on the home page... hey i think i found it.

did i have my commissioner powers stripped? anyway, i went to add lemahieu and see that he was picked up by someone at 11:43 then dropped by that same person at 11:48. he shouldn't have to sit on waivers for 2 days because someone owned him for 5 minutes.
