yeah the advantage the Cubs have in getting hamels is that that have better pieces to offer in a trade. they have no advantage over other teams that are just gonna offer price a pile of money.

everyone knows the cubs will lose the WC game in pittsburgh with cole beating lester 8-1. pirates steal 11 bases. the sooner everyone just accepts this as inevitable, the easier it will be to swallow when it happens. -
