hell, the cubs are only two back in the wild card standings. if the padres collapse against the brewers and the phillies/rockies have bad weeks the cubs could be the wild card. but probably not.

They better take 2/3. If they can't go 4-2 these last 6 games they may not make it...Cards look like a sweep and the Padres are a sinking ship. if the brewers win seven straight after that disaster in atlanta they probably deserve to make it.

hmm...who should i be rooting for? tim is missing pujols and holliday can't keep this pace up. on the other hand, sabathia and lackey may have their innings limited due to their team clinching. maybe i'll just focus on rooting for the braves and cubs. nice ab, renteria, you douche.

like the cubs, i'm peaking at the right time. 296+ points in six straight weeks. looks like i'll win this week, but i don't know who i'd rather play in the finals. maybe alamo just to mix things up a bit. :D

quit your whining. yeah, it sucks, but the cubs missed oswalt twice and webb when they were in arizona. the cubs shouldn't need the astros help to win 85 games.

i don't get it. the guy at the plate is the tying run either way. if the guy at the plate is going to tie the game, it has to be with a homer...he doesn't have any other "options." i think you're miscounting or something. -

i think your math is off. or something. the bases loaded double makes it 5-3. a single after that makes it 5-4, tying run on first. the grand slam makes it 5-4. a single after that makes it 5-4, tying run on first. how is the double better? -
