damn it, they wouldn't let me make fox a 3b when i tried last night, and i forgot to do it this morning.

can i put fox in midweek at 3b once he gets eligibility there (which he'll have after tonight)? i would assume that's similar to a guy getting called up from the minors or getting activated off the DL.

No need to be flippant. I thought this was a pretty tame and decent discussion going on. And it was an excellent way to point out the fallacy of assuming that small ball was responsible for the Diamondbacks' WS or their offensive output that year. No, an excellent way would be to tell me in detail why you hold your opinion. The moustache comment was flippant. your position is so ridiculous that it doesn't deserve a long-winded, well-thought out reply. in fact, it really didn't even deserve my hilarious flippant response. -

with patton on the roster, the cubs are essentially playing every game with 24 guys. -
it's not all those guys vs. all those other guys. it's, at the very least, wuertz v. patton. i'd also argue i'd take gaudin over patton pretty clearly as well.

he's been friggin' pedro in his prime over his last 15 innings which is a hell of a lot more than we can say for patton.

and he had like 11 k's the game before that. don't worry though, the cubs have david patton, who was kinda ok for like 13 spring training innings.
