  1. My ideal would be a 7:30 est and 9:00 est start running on the same night, one game will be ending while the other will be in the middle innings. MLB would own the night and a meh game would be washed out by the exciting one, while two exciting ones would be epic.
  2. OMFG YOU CANNOT EDIT THAT POST THIS IS BS BRING IT BACK THAT WAS SO DUMB IT WAS HILARIOUS PLEASE BRING IT BACK
  3. Anything involving a doubleheader or any more days off for other teams is a non-starter. One game play-ins are the perfect and only solution.
  4. Weird, I think it's tolerable cause it pits 2 good teams against each other. My idea is to have a "wild card weekend" of a best of 3 series between the 4 wild card teams at a neutral location. Double headers on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (if necessary). A neutral location would sell 5 tickets and be dull as hell.
  5. road game lost by 21 at home defense didnt force a punt all last game I know the panthers have a ton of issues with injuries, suspensions and poor play too but I don't think its insane that they are favored. they did just destroy the 3-1 Lions a couple of weeks ago (albeit followed up with 2 crappy performances) I'm sure Carolina fans are feeling the same right now after being the only team to get blown out by the Patriots a couple weeks back. huh? Pittsburgh?
  6. This is Mojo's doesn't tip on a haircut. It's on the sandwich "tree," or however you want to put it, but it's different enough in terms of expectations and construction to be it's own thing, just like a hot dog. So the hot dog is on the sandwich tree. Yes, I have said that several times. They're very similar, but different enough in key ways to be their own thing. You can't just swap out similar foods and expect people to act like they're the same thing, so they're not. You continue to make no sense. If it's on the tree along with all these others types of sandwiches it is by definition a sandwich that just happens to go by a specific name.

  8. Nope. He's holding down his sweatshirt so to keep his gut under wraps. He knows the really fat guy has it hanging out and that comparatively, he's much more skinny. But he's still soft and flabby under those two layers and he is more reserved, because if he keeps it hidden he has a chance to hook up with somebody around him.
  9. I think they have found the price point where people won't be so eager to go higher. It went from $120 - $300 from the early 2000s to late 2000s but it has held steady the past few years after several people dumped or threatened to dump on the last price bump.
  10. something like that does exist.
  11. NFL directv extend sunday ticket deal
  12. considering all I've heard is telander asked dumb questions, with no specifics, I am going to guess he asked Theo which type of pest he finds most annoying, and the answer was a fly.
  13. Seemed rather harmless albeit hokey, but this very odd quote really stood out.
  14. What kind of sandwich ain't too fattening? A half a sangwich. http://content7.flixster.com/question/52/77/05/5277053_std.jpg
  15. I would guess his role will be involved more on special teams.
  16. Is this a thing in the scouting world? Hahahahahaha. Jersey toughness is most often associated with heavy doses of performing enhancing drugs.
  17. This makes no sense. A McRib sandwich is just a McRib. A sub sandwich is just a sub. An Italian beef sandwich is just an Italian Beef. But a Patty Melt. No, that's a Patty Melt Sandwich. Deeply flawed sandwich; it ultimately gets to be a sandwich because it is on evenly sliced bread, but that key component is also its flaw as the bread cannot structurally support the whole thing. WTF "evenly sliced"? nonsense
  18. You ever tried to deny a 60-pound autistic kid his videos? I don't care if everything else in life falls apart, the internet is always there. derwood can watch whatever he wants
  19. What about a grilled cheese place? They exist, therefore a grilled cheese is not a sandwich. also, most burger joints I know also offer other sandwiches and the only "hot dog" place I would go to would have Italian beefs as well.
  20. I will not stand for this anti-Bryant talk.
  21. I don't believe in the too many games argument, but a game being too long is very real. 15 minutes can be a world of difference when it comes to things affected by the end of a ballgame; bedtime and whether my wife is still awake, public transit schedules, whether or not it is necessary to leave the game with the kid. And 15 minutes doesn't even begin to address the god awful 4-hr marathons brought on by NYY/BOS games. A game should be under 3 hours, not well beyond that number. No pitch IBB won't change that, but that is why you have to do several things to make a difference. Pretending the length of games don't matter isn't going to change the fact that the length of games do matter, even if they do not matter to you personally.
  22. okay, now it makes more sense.
  23. I don't operate in the world of "seems".
  24. That's Javy. Bryant knows who all the people are and addresses them with a smile, a firm handshake and their full name.
  25. No bones allowed mcrib Is a McRib. you are right, my apologies
