I just wonder what the reason is. Is it an "I don't want to poison my body" type situation? Or maybe a history of alcoholism in his family that makes him overly cautious? I mean, I don't drink much...but it's mostly a taste aversion...and I certainly can't say I've never had a drink... probably an "i was raised by an earl woods type weirdo sports dad" thing Mr. Marinovich

Only place I've seen that "rumor" was on a Mississippi State fansite which likes to fling things at the walls to see what sticks. However, it's certainly possible that the NCAA has uncovered a bunch of new allegations, but an NOA only comes after a joint investigation between the school and the NCAA, so if this were happening I'm sure it would already be known by everyone. There IS going to be a hit piece coming out tomorrow or the next day about Ole Miss by someone at Yahoo, probably Pat Forde. "Hit piece"

I believe if this player played less than half of his games in Chase Field and Coors Field, and had to play in tougher parks like Wrigley Field more often, he would be led to his slaughter.

My guess is the CBA allows for first class provided travel from the teams, while the players then take the cash value of that and put toward a private jet with the big money guys picking up the tab from the rookie contract guys.
