Anymore ridiculous than me recently realizing he is Clay Bellinger's kid? i knew that, but i didn't really know who clay bellinger was before cody blew up pretty crazy that he's off to a historic start at 22 when his dad was basically a career minor leaguer who didn't sniff the bigs til he was 30 Mike Trout's dad didn't sniff the bigs until his son got there.

NT lists are not just teams a player does not want to play for. If you have the option it's a good idea to put teams on the NT list whom you think would actually want to trade for you. That gives you leverage if/when a trade comes. Yu knew the Cubs were interested when he first came over, and it stood to reason they'd be interested in a trade later on.

I would assume this is in deference to Lester's preference to get back on to a normal rest schedule after getting 7 days rest over the ASB, while saving Quintana's arm a little after he had WBC innings this spring.

I don't know why, and it doesn't make any sense, but seeing his name abbreviated Addi over Addy makes me want to punch you. neither abbreviation of his name is acceptable.
