they can't suspend him without a conviction. look at big ben, never been suspended. That might be a bad example since Ben was suspended for the first four games of the year in 2010 (of course you may have been joking and I completely missed it). i wasn't joking, i totally forgot about that. i thought he wasn't suspended. well, i guess they CAN suspend him without a conviction. which is bs. essentially, he was suspended for contributing to the delinquency of minors, though. he bought alcohol for college students or something, right? Yeah, there isn't a need for a conviction. It's not a court of law. It's a PR thing. If Marshall gets charged and the police more or less buy her story, he's going to get suspended. If this just hangs out there for a while with no charges, I doubt anything happens.
