I was going to say.It seemed obvious from the naked eye. From behind cubs dugout he looked out. I just assumed since it was campana he'd be safe. -

He's six feet tall. That's not undersized. He's not 6'. Hes 5'10". And Jeffery isn't 6'4" he's under 6'3". No point in pretending these guys are more than they are.

I didn't realize you were as blind to the line problems as you appear to be. Anybody taken in the 4th this year is automatically more talented than 3 of 5 bears linemen. They didn't need a fullback, let alone a 7th rounder

the bears need a starting left tackle, they don't need depth on the o-line, they have depth pretty much up and down that line, but nobody that can protect jay's blind side. there is no one left that offers them that, after passing on reiff and adams. they've taken a couple of offensive weapons for jay, and some projectable defensive players, one i disagree with taking, the other one has some very desirable qualities for a zone scheme. i see the sense in taking hardin, he's fast and big and can probably start across from peanut or at least line up at safety. In the 7th round

Because he wasn't worth a 4th round pick. You can't just blindly identify guys you like and take them ASAP. It's horrible strategy and completely idiotic. yeah, you take guys you don't like, that makes a lot of sense. That is dumb. Nobody said that. If you didn't like any other players there you aren't a good scout. This is tunnel vision. Emery said he watched more temple games than anybody, it's pretty clear he has an observational and/or selection bias. It was a bad pick.

If he would have been gone, so be it. He's nothing special. You can't keep justifying picks by saying they wouldn't last until your next turn. That is idiotic tunnel vision and it costs you talent.

If they had more picks to play with it would make sense. Rg3 is a bigger risk than people are suggesting. And cousins is a project. The competition may also help. They do still have a few after the trade

There's literally tens of thousands of homeless people in New York, and you have a good idea as to which one he's talking about? Skim fail. I thought the homeless guy was in Chicago. There aren't a lot of panhandlers wearing yarmulkes, dude, There at least 10 homeless people I see in the same place all the time in NYC and if somebody described them from anincident I'd know. Also wsr should have said money changers to get the full effect, not creditors. -

Are there any heavyweight college wrestlers they can try and convert to tackle? Or maybe a qb they can convert to defensive tackle?

Even sky net knows the fb position is worthless. And don't let anybody tell you this guy is a tight end. They might try to make him one. But he's a [expletive] fullback, and one that shouldn't have been drafted until the 7th round at that. But I keep forgetting the 7th is for starting left tackles.

Angelo left emery a strong contender. Emerys first move was great and made the team better. Now he has completely [expletive] the bed in the draft. Horrible effort. This is why Chicago teams need to stop hiring gym teachers to generally manage.

Hardin may have gone before they picked in the 4th, but I agree on Massie. I would have preferred him. So what? If he goes 30 picks after you contemplated him let him go and draft a better player. It's horrible management to get yourself wedded to questionable players enough to not risk losing them. It's bad tunnel vision scouting.

Bears safeties can't stay healthy on the already, no reason to get them preinjured.

But don't you dare question emery's brilliance. Didn't you know the top half of the draft is whet you find vital depth? 6th rounders are for starters. 7th if its left tackle. @ZachZaidman: Hardin broke his hand in 2008. He had surgery on wrist in 2009. Missed all of 2011 with fractured shoulder.
