    Wonder why the team still hasn't announced the signing. Would kinda be nice to see some quotes from Theo/Hoyer and some from the man himself and maybe some more contract details.

    Been reading the thread all day just haven't posted largely cause Id just echo pretty much everything already said here. It's good to have him under contract finally. It's nice to see some positive news on the Cubs for a change. Hopefully they can swing a couple trades here near the deadline and build up the system even more. Soler is an important piece, very relieved to see it happen finally.
