  1. This is the most boring and uninteresting game in the universe if Bagent starts. If Fields plays at least we can hope to watch him beat up some bums and get back on the right track.
  2. You spin the QB roulette wheel and hope it comes up a jackpot at some point I actually don't think the grousing about Bear QB busts even makes much sense: Except for Mitch Trubisky at 2 (dear god its embarrassing to think about it in hindsight), The Bears have barely spun the wheel. Spin it again, boys.
  3. Maybe I'm crazy but I'm not ever gonna get mad at the CJ Stroud situation. I'm always going to be in favor of maximizing the assets you have, especially after it appeared that Fields took some big strides forward last year, rather than spending multiple picks on the same position and squandering resources. I'm glad they traded down, but it would be unfortunate if Stroud was a generational talent and we missed out on him. But I wouldn't ever really regret the move. Now this year....well. Fields has 8 games to show you something (and if even if he does show you something, you still probably wanna take a QB)
  4. lol I turned the game off and now I see the Bears had like 3 more chances to tie the game and turned it over every time, that’s remarkable
  5. The fun thing is there's such definitive proof this team has bad coaching: How horrifically bad the team is in the 2nd half. They can move the ball and play good defense in the first half but once coaches get to make half time adjustments the team utterly falls apart
  6. nah it was legitimately competitive and the Bears probably "should" have had the lead into the 4th quarter with average luck but so it goes
  7. ok credit to the Bears for giving me an entertaining and compelling game I'm ready for Fields to come back
  8. Dang, ok I guess that’s game
  9. Very VERY bad set of play calls from Getsy. Extremely cowardly and predictable
  10. Terrible decision to punt, go and punish them
  11. The most dependable heuristic in the world: if the bears offense does something good, you BETTER BELIEVE the bears defense will immediately collapse
  12. That’s an arm strength problem there, I think
  13. Damn. I don’t hate that throw, but not quite able to get it down
  14. I’m liking how the Oline is playing but man can we get some fewer flags
  15. I have never in my life seen an offensive lineman called for offsides
  16. Why is it that every time an opponent tries a 63 yard field goal or whatever they make it
  17. Every time I have a thought like this, something horrible happens
  18. Nice. ok Bagent, go make chicagoans lose their minds and act real stupid
  19. I’m sorry to tell you all this but aside from one horrific, inexplicable interception, Tyson Bagent has played super well
  20. Lol they’re gonna get a field goal arent they ugh
  21. I’m reasonably happy with how the offense is operating. if Santos is going to miss a backbreaking field goal - do it now when you’re 2-6 and the games don’t matter. Get it out of your system buddy
  22. Ouch. Bad timing to miss your first field goal. dang
  23. Coverage isn’t the problem my friend
