    What? He's had a rough start, but he still has the goods. He's by far the most talented pitcher thats not on the DL. :lol: Yea, he should be able to handle the set of scrubs that the Marlins sorry franchise are gonna trot onto the field.

    Agreed the draft is more of a crapshoot that most realize. I think it was Kiper who called the Briggs pick a reach. Hah. is this the same soul from the main bear boards? Or is this just a coincidence? The same. I criticize the home team when they're doing bad here, too. So you might have to get angry with me again, Slick 8) Ah, never. I don't really care that much about the Cubs, but I like criticizing Dusty Baker much more. Nice to see a friendly face.

    One of the guys who had to drive UConn fans absolutely bonkers this season. This is a guy who should have been the best player in the tournament because of his sheer level of talent...yet he was incredibly lazy at times and was streaky to near-maddening degrees. Here's hoping the Bulls stay away from him. Yeesh. agreed. i think they will. it seems like he only did good when they didn't need it and when they did need the lift, his game was nowhere to be found. so tyrus thomas it is. I'm really excited about Tyrus Thomas...but he could end up a lot like Tyson. His offense needs a TON of work, so we might have to with a safer pick.

    Now that the Cubs season is over, I can fully focus on the Bears' offseason and the Bulls postseason (wont take too long before thats over as well). Looks like Thomas Jones dropped his agent and is now being represented by the one the only Drew Rosenhaus Indy is interested in a trade. Things are getting spicy.

    Rex Grossman just tore his ACL reading this again... Believe me, its not just the Cubs. Its all Chicago sports. That Michael Jordan guy did only have one injury in his career, and he had it very early in his career. Hah! You think the Bulls are untouched by injuries? What about Curry and that heart of his?

    OBP isn't important. You just get a bunch of fat guys clogging the basepath. Who wants that?

    On the bright side Cedeno is batting 2nd, which is loooong past overdue. Hopefully since he and Walker are both pretty hot can get some runs going. But our middle of the order is especially meh. :?

    For what? For Wood, if his arm hurts. No more setbacks. I don't know if that or something else would help him, I just want him to keep pitching. This is no excuse to push things back. Z gets these things all the time and doesn't even come out of the game sometimes, let alone miss time. There are reports out there that Wood just has a low tolerance for pain. In other words. He's a wimp.

    ONLY MATT MURTON CAN SAVE US NOW. Bat him 3rd. He is our only hope. Why doesn't Dusty bat Cedeno higher up the lineup? He's doing fantastic.
