    I saw the 1 run on my phone after the first inning at work, I hoped it was a Soriano lead off job but no turns out he struck out in the first inning Lets hope he isn't terrible for another two weeks before he gets good

    well team is playing like crap but Theriot and Fontenot keep hitting well, middle of the order just blows TERRIBLY And our starters are pitching well. We all know that once the offense gets going our pitching will start slumping, of course. Still no reason to panic yet.

    I really really despise the Cubs offense since the break, its really embarrassingly horrible That and the fact that our starters are giving us such quality innings is breaking my heart

    As mediocre as the Cardinals are, I'm not sure they'll lose another game the rest of the season They can depend on Aaron Miles walk offs

    What we learned today is that you have to score more against Moehler who is terrible (I knew we wouldn't check my first post in the thread) and that Howry can't really pitch anymore

    Wow can't believe I'll be at the Sheets - Zambrano match up (that is if all things stay equal, still a lot of baseball and a lot of unknowns to occur) That should be one big game

    I said it before, I'll say it again If Beane can get market value for Duchscherer right now, the 2010 Athletics will be a powerhouse

    This thread made me interested in Center fielders again and I checked Pie's stats and I really was impressed how high he's gotten them back after his TERRIBLE beginning in AAA Lets hope he can keep it up, and maybe he'll get a shot again later this year
