    god its getting really frustrating that the Cubs adamantly refuse to win the games they're "supposed" (a problematic concept, but one wherein they appear to be as favored as possible before gametime) to win

    it would be good, if you're playing a bad team that can't hit, to not let them score, in my honest opinion

    well to be fair, almost no one has a shortstop that can do both of those things the real problem is we have one that can do neither

    The White Sox being bad, but not historically bad, to reflect how historically bad their position players are, pisses me off I demand their record reflect how god awful they are. 8 games under is not bad enough. I need blood

    2008 was awesome from beginning to end and the playoffs didn't really even bother me that much because I was confident they would be back for a few years after How young I was

    i literally couldn't care less about the K's if they reached base and hit for power Like if you strike out 40% of the time but have an OBP of .400 we'd be fine. If every player was Kris Bryant's profile, we'd have the best team in the league, even with a near 40% k rate

    I'm not even mad at the pitching, to be mad at the pitching is futile. This team needs to be able to score 5 runs occasionally. It can't.

    Whoever it was that posted about how this schedule wont be a cakewalk for the Cubs because a lot of these bad teams can score runs and the Cubs can't is someone I agree with. The current Cubs can't really knock anyone out so each game is gonna be a dogfight like this. It'd be nice if a couple players would go on a tear *at the same time* but I'm not holding out hope
