It feels like in the last two weeks there hasn't been a single inning like this for the Cubs batting, where they just get a deflection, a HBP and an excellent run scoring opportunity. Except that 13th inning against the Brewers lol Emotions!

Baseball is freaking awesome but it really really sucks sometimes. No other sport has such drastic variance in performance from week to week. I'm probably wrong but seems like no other sport allows luck to play a drastic role in the outcome. Football (and probably hockey but i dont care about hockey) is way crazier and doesn't have the benefit of a million games to let talent really rise to the top
