I have to say, it certainly wasn't my expectation that the story of this game would be the Bears utterly dominating the Eagles in the run game, and both QBs having horrific games
  2. BigSlick
i'm shocked we're still gashing them for 9 yards a pop we need a TD. can't not get one right now
  3. BigSlick
Loveland is so horsefeathers good man
  4. BigSlick
you still can't run *every* down. you have to mix it up even when you're dominating, and unfortunately they're not getting anything on these passing plays
  5. BigSlick
these screens are a horsefeathers mess man
  6. BigSlick
we need ONE play from Caleb. c'mon brother i know you have it in you
  7. BigSlick
oh my god, Monangai is such a beast what a find in the 7th round
  8. BigSlick
    we talking Eagles here?
  9. BigSlick
this is a textbook 2nd and 1 play, you are aware right? you almost always take a shot on 2nd and 1. And it was a screen, to punish their overally aggressive pass rush. It wasn't executed well, but I don't think it was the wrong playcall

man this is the best game by the Bears D ALL SEASON. I'm so impressed with the effort DA can get from these guys.
  11. BigSlick
That may be the game unfortunately
  12. BigSlick
Oh man… you can’t do that man
  13. BigSlick
Bears deserve this for blowing so many dagger opportunities Now you’re in a dogfight
  14. BigSlick
Oh looks like the Refs are trying to get the Eagles back in the game well you can’t say the Bears didn’t have their chances to put a stranglehold on this game
  15. BigSlick
    Just run the ball man

Kevin Byard is having the best season in his career
  17. BigSlick
This is driving me nuts man, just complete a pass
  18. BigSlick
This would be a terrible game to blow in the second half - we so totally dominated them in the run game. Should be up another TD at minimum.
  19. BigSlick
Dear lord the passing game looks totally broken. If Caleb is on target a guy falls over
  20. BigSlick
I DONT like surrendering this possession like this uhhhh ok maybe nevermind
  21. BigSlick
I’m not putting the inaccuracy fully on Caleb - you can see Hurts is similarly off target - the conditions are a mess (or maybe they’re both broken lol)
  22. BigSlick
Just stick with the run man. The conditions are poor for passing and Caleb is just a little off.

I said this a couple years ago: Dan Campbell’s high emotion style of coaching, extreme aggressiveness, that horsefeathers can work in the short term but eventually it burns itself out. You shoot your self in the foot and the team may start to tune you out. Hoping this is the case this year. now, unfortunately nothing stops Packers Magic. We haven’t found a solution to that yet, we’re looking in the lab right now
  24. BigSlick
Not loving the idea of facing down the Packers twice in three weeks right now
