  1. I feel like whenever the Cubs play the Brewers we are not allowed even a full inning of joy, we just get kicked in the dick immediately (The 3 out of 5 series we win recently notwithstanding)
  2. Is giving up 3 doubles in a row bad?
  3. Remember when a ref threw a flag on a Bears player when the ref went out of his way to bump into him? Officials in all sports are entitled jerks. I don’t know why they are, but being imbued with a lot of mostly unaccountable power seems to do that to people
  4. 95% of the time it's not gonna matter but boy howdy is it frustrating to have 14 baserunners and only 3 runs
  5. It's funny that opposing pitchers just straight up do not throw strikes at PCA, and still he struggles with dealing with it
  6. I've always disliked Haugh. Something about him comes across as condescending, not really sure how to really put it into words though
  7. we've gotten the lead off guy on in seemingly every inning so far, get some MORE RUNS
  8. PCA has done his job today, I’m not gonna rag on him for swinging at ball four at his eyes… but I want to
  9. I don't hate Suzuki taking there, thats a marginal strike call but man. He takes a lot of those marginal strikes
  10. we put nearly 20 pitches on him in his first inning and then we rush to commit outs. not smart baseball
  11. The saddest thing is knowing there was no reality where Shaw makes contact at all
  12. Getting just two isn’t ideal but listen it’s the playoffs. Glad we got into their bullpen in the 2nd inning
  13. hmmm if Matt Shaw does anything except strike out I'd be pleasantly surprised
  14. It’s wild to think but football has changed so much in the last 20 years that you can’t even really compare Grossman in 2006 to Caleb in 2025. the rules have changed, the offensive schemes have changed, and what coaches will tolerate in quarterback play has changed WILDLY
