Cubs are one inning away of the Giants holding onto an 8-3 lead from a 2.5 game lead They played like absolute dog horsefeathers for like a full month, and now are stacking up a decent lead in the division. Feels good man -

I didn’t think Schwarber could stick at catcher so it’s a moot comparison. Russell could be a top 5 defensive SS and Barry Larkin at the plate, instead, he’s gotten worse every year, somehow

gameday is showing me that schwarber is swinging at balls that would otherwise hit him in the head
