  1. This is actually a very easy debate to settle: Caleb Williams 4.77% sack rate is 9th best in the league. He went from the worst QB in taking sacks to being in the top 10. He turned his biggest weakness last year into a strength.
  2. I feel like I'm losing my mind because this should have been done like 2 months ago What is it with Washington and going out of their way to destroy their young, mobile QBs
  3. The more I think about the more I like Caleb's throw to DJ in the end zone. Yeah, sure, it's a bit of a risky ball, but also, it's a dagger if it hits, and the way the game is called and played these days, lots of good things can happen. If anything, he's been a little *too* reticent to pull the trigger on risky balls when he's got some absolute studs at WR. Throw it up !
  4. The fact that the Bears are still 1.5 dogs, at home, after a dominant win, after Green Bay loses their best defensive player and perhaps their best receiver, and after they lost to lose their position of 1st place in the North... both annoys me but also I imagine provides a little boost of motivation for this group. Beat Green Bay, dudes. Just beat them, please. Any way you can.
  5. Not that I want to rely on that, it’s nice to know that no matter what, the Bears will have something to play for in week 18 ideally it’s playoff positioning
  6. The Bryce Young Panthers are so funny. They're going to win their division, almost by default, and they may convince their really dumb owner to extend a guy who really isn't a starting QB in the NFL. Also theyre in a brutal dogfight with the absolutely terrible New Orleans Saints.
  7. Things tentatively looking good for my spite picks
  8. Broncos, Rams, please give us 15 minutes of good football thank you
  9. Go the horsefeathers Broncos and Rams mf’er
  10. I would be happy if only ONE of the Lions, Packers or Niners lost, and apparently the Football Gods don't want me to be happy
  11. "About time" from DJ. I don't think he's been unaware of all the chattering about his production, Glad to see he's thankful to be on a winning team even if he isn't getting as many targets as he has historically. We need all hands on deck for this playoff push.
  12. Also thank god the Lions stumbled a bit in this season because that team when its firing on all cylinders is scary
  13. Unfortunately, that Packers team is damn good. I hate to say it but they really might be the best or close to the best in the NFC.
  14. It would be cool if the Packers and Lions lost today but I have a bad, annoying feeling both of them win
  15. C'mon Broncos, do us a goddamn favor here guys
  16. I appreciate you for keeping up with these tie breaker scenarios. I'm just staying in the mindset of "if you win 1 out of the next 3, you're in the playoffs." I don't know if thats strictly true, but its what I'm going with.
  17. This is the complete victory the Bears needed. Confidence boost for Caleb, who, aside from a handful of plays, was magnificent. Huge confidence boost for the defense as well. Hopefully Kmet and Burden are healthy, we get Odunze back, and we're as healthy and prepared as possible for the Packers.
  18. getting unnecessarily angry at the browns for possibly ruining my beautiful point differential equalizer
  19. it would be dope as hell if we didn't let them score a TD, but I don't think we'll be so lucky
  20. We’re 3 points away from neutralizing the Detroit game from our point differential
  21. This is legitimately JJ McCarthy esque
  22. And Ben Johnson has schemed it amazingly well today. Garrett has gotten there a couple times, but otherwise they’ve been able to run, bootleg away from him, and function without too much problem.
  23. CJGJ is such a baller man. I love watching him play.
  24. Rough game for Trapilo, but understandable. Hopefully a good growth opportunity for him.
  25. We’re not doing this. Caleb is having a great game. Stop.
