  1. Is this the Butt Fumble guy? EDIT: Just double checked. It's not him.
  2. I know Scott Drew has taken Baylor to TWO Elite Eights without beating a single digit seed. No wonder they didn't make the Final Four either time.
  3. And I wish we could transplant this Heat team back to 1989 and have them play the Pistons. Then they'd really know what a hard fould was all about.
  4. That's plenty big, no?
  5. Is anyone else expecting to read the news any day now of Tunney's body being found in a ditch somewhere?
  6. Bleacher seats are frigging $75 for this game. Thank god my brother wanted to buy mine. The next day against the same team the tickets are $20.
  7. Just stumbled across this while looking for a 2013 NFL Mock Draft and remembered the Manziel discussion on this thread. If I'm not mistaken, Walter Football is a highly regarded source of information. http://walterfootball.com/draft2014.php
  8. Ryan Swope would be a nice WR addition in the 2nd or possibly 3rd round. He can fly and will make the tough catch across the middle too. Kid is tough as nails.
  9. I could never keep my pitch back anchored in the ground.
  10. Thanks to Georgetown's stink bomb I'm now rooting for an all double digit seed Final Four.
  11. They were pissing me off with that crap. And Reggie is obviously rooting for Florida Gulf Coast to win.
  12. The Bears are going to run the read option? Are they trying to end Jay Cutler's career prematurely with concussions? http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap1000000152954/article/jay-cutler-chicago-bears-are-great-fit-to-run-readoption-offense?akmobile=ios-tablet
  13. NC State is getting jobbed by the officials.
  14. Reports that the Bears offered Urlacher a 1-year $2MM deal. That is an insult, if true. They obviously didn't want him back which is fine, but they should have just been up front with him about it.
  15. I agree it's most likely the right move but I'm still bummed. I really hope he just retires now, but I doubt that happens.
  16. It's more like this. http://blipblogger.files.wordpress.com/2010/04/simpsons_handshake1.jpg
  17. Why was this game played at Robert Morris? I know Rupp is hosting NCAA tournament games but those don't start until tomorrow. Surely they could have played there last night. And if not, they played an NIT game at Memorial Coliseum under Billy Gillispie because there was a HS championship game scheduled for Rupp. Why couldn't they have done that again?
  18. We have a secret SEC handshake and everything. Don't be so jealous, losers.
  19. I have 4 in the Sweet Sixteen and 3 in the Elite Eight. Only 1 in the Final Four, though.
  20. Me too and it's happened two games in a row now.
  21. Just for fun I used http://www.whatifsports.com to predict each tournament game and my Final Four ended up as Memphis, Gonzaga, Georgetown, and Colorado with Gonzaga beating Colorado in the championship game. Other great results were Iona over Ohio State, Pacific over Miami, Northwestern State over Florida, South Dakota State over Michigan, and Belmont over Harvard to go to the Sweet Sixteen.
  22. So to satisfy this committee you didn't have to beat good teams as long as you beat a bunch of crappy teams on the road.
  23. Kane is a wizard. Holy crap that was sick.
  24. Andrew Shaw tweeted a picture from their hotel pool a bit earlier and I immediately recognized it. Would it be wrong to go hang out at the hotel bar in hopes I'd get to meet some Blackhawks?
