    No problems here on my desktop. I do have problems watching on my wife's laptop sometimes though. Thanks, maybe I'll try the laptop instead.

    anyone else trying to watch this one on mlb.tv and having trouble with it? I've got a high speed connection and the lowest video quality and it's still choppy beyond belief!

    If we win the world series it will be with a completely different bunch of ballplayers (except wood who pitches 2 innings every 3 games if he's lucky). Dusty deserves absolutely no credit for anything accomplished in the future.

    I'm thinking it just took a full transition year for the cubs players to rid themselves of the ultra-aggressive crap baker preached for years. Also, I like the names. "Cubs Discussions" is just more appealing IMO.

    I wouldn't worry too much about that personally. He hasn't played in any stadium enough to truly have a "home" feel. I think it's more likely that pitchers are starting to find out what works against him.

    Since it seems obvious the cubs will lose this game, they will in some miraculous way win. 5-4 sounds just about right, with DeRosa regaining his rock star status with a late inning home run.

    I feel like theriot has been much more patient since being benched/lowered in the order this past week. I wonder if it's a coincidence or if he's changed his approach a bit?

    Not that I am in favor of it by any means, but I took Lou's statement of letting him "work it out" to mean that they would send him to Iowa for a start or two to see if he could throw strikes consistently. Or is that not a possibility due to options? Also, I had a dream that Lieber earned a spot in the rotation, hopefully it's for Marquis and he gets shipped out of town.
