    A lot of people were calling Oklahoma the best college team ever. A lot of people said it would be the best college game ever. A lot of people said it would come down to the wire. I hear the same stuff this year. How easily people forget... I really do think USC will KILL them. They have an ability to just shut teams down when they need to, and seem able to score at will. They have trailed a lot this year, and have given up a lot of points and yards, but those were all in the first half. It was almost like USC had to make it fun for themselves. When they wanted to they clamped down, and begin picking teams apart. I must admit that I have not seen Texas play more than 1 game this year (the Colorado game, 2nd one) and I have seen USC a few times. Perhaps I am grossly underestimating Texas, but I just don't see them as being able to hang with USC, at all. They will be outcoached and outplayed IMO. People were calling the 2003 OU team one of the best ever. Until the Big12 Championship game debacle. Anyway, I really thought that our run defense would allow us to stop USC last year. I was a little off.

    i meant to say yes, but i dont remember what i clicked on. I really dont understand how people dont consider it a sport. It takes a measure of skill, ability, training and its a competition, sounds like a sport to me. Oh, i hate nascar btw.

    The Downtown Athletic Club has just announced that Brady Quinn has been awarded the 2006 Heisman Trophy. *pumps fists* Gets rid of a Heisman AND a national title contender. Pfft, it's a battle for second place after Chase Daniel. Mo Drew disagrees. So does AD.

    I dont think it will be as bad as last years game, but I dont think it will be close either. It all depends on whether or not Texas can take advantage of USC up the middle. IMB you may know this, was the line on last years game USC -3? I think it was, but can't remember for sure. You know, I cant remember, but that does sound about right.

    I dont remember seeing the cutter. I think, one thing that happened is, he was just being used so sporadically that he went with what was most comfortable to him, which was that big hook and the fastball.
