  1. The only thing I would care about is if one of our guys were suspended. Other than that, I really don't care who was/wasn't using steroids, other than out of just random curiosity.
  2. maybe i meant to post that
  3. YOU'RE hungry? I haven't eaten in 5 weeks.
  4. http://www.pe.com/imagesdaily/2006/09-04/rockies_dodgers_baseball5_300.jpg you will never get this, you will never get this!
  5. sweet, it's all coming together now C - Soto 1B - Lee 2B - Fontenot SS - Therio 3B - Ramirez 4B - Patterson 5B - DeRosa 6B - Matsui
  6. i love him because he was great on mad about you
  7. OK, that is helping to convince me a bit more. However, could someone metrically inclined explain to me why someone like McGwire with such a good eqa, etc, would have such a low .BA. I'm going to go ahead and field this one and say that despite his low batting average, he didn't make many outs. .394 career on base percentage that+lots of slugging He was a good hitter.
  8. 6 of the last 7 Heisman winners have been QB's. The only non-QB to win was Reggie Bush in 2005. and of those 6, one (Palmer) has a real career in the NFL while a second (Leinart) may do well. Weinke, Crouch, White and Smith...ha ha ha the best part is that you would cut off your own leg to have any of those four at the end there quarterbacking for Penn State
  9. That's why he struck out in 25% of his AB's.... yes yes, I know he walked out alot, but of course that totally had to do with his batting eye, not pitchers pitching around him or anything. adjusted eqa of .333 for reference, pujols' is .340 McGwire was a fantastic hitter
  10. that thread is fantastic "they only care about ops, we know ops doesn't matter" "his playoff ops is really high"
  11. he had a fantastic batting eye, which is more important than any of those stupid "5 tools" anyway
  12. isn't that kind of like saying "man that bears talk won't stop!" the majority of the board is in IU/Illini range
  13. should be "knees" plural, both my knees are whack and I'm 6'2, 200 lbs... I'm not a tub. you can't see this buy I just balooned up my cheeks and did the fat guy walk
  14. DMac is fantastic, but he's no AD.
  15. No, it doesn't matter, because when we lost to texas tech, bradford was injured. That means that we're really just a one-loss team, so if we lose to Mizzou, we will "technically" have three losses, but there will be an asterisk next to it because our most important player was injured during one of the losses. So we will still get an at-large bid.
  16. I don't think that tubby's knee could stand a fight.
  17. My real point, by the way, is that BCS bowl games and the actual championship game is not about finding the best teams in the nation and putting them there.
  18. This thread is awesome, because of what I have learned here today, OU is No. 1 in the nation and on its way to the Superdome! Yeah, Florida lost, but Tebow had a bum shoulder, so I'll look past that loss. Well too bad sonny jim, they still have two more losses. We had Bradford out for over three quarters and barely lost on the road at Texas Tech. It's clear that had he been healthy, like he is now, we would have won that game. NUMBER 1 BABY
  19. Flip Mizzou and WVU and you'll have it. There is no way that West Virginia should be ahead of us right now. Wasn't WVU already #3 and Missou #4? Yeah, they were barely ahead of us in the BCS rankings. But we just beat the #2 team and WVU beat the #20 team. We're going to be at ranked number one. Wow, I can't believe I'm saying that. Dont get used to it, cause it will only last about a week. OU by 10 Doubt it. We led in the 4th quarter of our first matchup this year, in Norman. If not for missed communication between Daniel and Maclin that led to a fumble inside our own 10 yard line, we probably would have won. Which of the five minutes that you lead that game was your favorite?
  20. baseball bras you mean
  21. so what are you going to do now that you have no ass? well i couldnt get that far because i was too busy lmao
  22. i'm literally lmao
  23. At this point, I'd be more surprised to find a player that wasn't on something.
  24. good call
