  1. Murray gets destroyed in 3 sets.
  2. Which WR? Mason, Driver, Muhammad, Josh Morgan, etc?
  3. Its funny because if this was Tony Romo people would be bitching that he was just doing it for the publicity.
  4. Haha that's where the similarities end. Both from Texas
  5. Gresham out for the year for OU? http://www.koco.com/sports/20791683/detail.html
  6. I don't know if I would even offer Heilman or Gregg arbitration in fear of them accepting it. I would call Tampa to ask about Crawford, Upton, or Desmond Jennings. The price might be too high to get any of them, but Jennings is going to make someone expendable and Tampa will still at somepoint have to continue to trade players to manage payroll. Still that would require another move on our part to make room for someone.
  7. Do you mean rallies? She is a great story, and we are due for something new in the tennis world men's or women's.
  8. Ok. So we have learned that Pryor should no longer speak in public These are comments I would expect to hear from Ryan Perrilloux.
  9. There should be a mandatory pay bump for having to play for the Raiders.
  10. He's forcing everything, looks like a freshman playing instead of a senior.
  11. I'm guessing the Commish will.
  12. Shawn Merriman arrested for beating Tila Tequila. Not sure if this belongs in the Offseason thread or here, either way this guy is a complete jackass. Wouldn't be surprised if its roid rage either. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4450962
  13. I would not have minded him as a backup in Dallas except he is just as much as a distraction as TO.
  14. Hopefully JJ is soon to follow. Bradley really annoyed me yesterday, he made a couple of decent plays and runs through the midfield but also gave up several easy balls, bad passes, and missed tackles. I'll give Clint a break because he put the tying goal into the net, and ball that sprung Jozy to give us the 3-1 lead was about as perfect as you can get. I still want to know how we got bentover on that call. Davies should have put that one away early on, but I don't think any one outside of LD even gets to that ball and creates a chance. I just like Davies and Jozy upfront together. I still don't trust this team on the road even against T&T, but they need to go out flying. Its time to convert on ever chance as GD could become a factor in this clusterf group we have. A 3-0 or 4-0 win will go a very long way now. Hopefully everyone else will draw on Wednesday.
  15. We could really use a draw in Costa Rica tonight. The refs sucked donkey balls tonight. The brightside was the US for the most part dominated play, and it should have been much worse. We need Gooch and Demerit back. This group is so f'en up right now, but I think we will see some change after Wednesday. Honduras and CR could both be dropping points Wednesday night.
  16. Baylor playing well at Wake leading 24-7. Robert Griffin needs more love.
  17. Yeah, he's a freak. One of those big, nasty, incredibly fluid athletes in the C. Johnson or Fitz mold. He's got no weakness. He's big and plays physical yet he has the speed to just run past you. On top of that he has good hands and runs OK routes which is better than most great WR's. I was saying that last year, and being that there are so many Tech fans in Dallas no one would agree with me. I love the way he runs after catch.
  18. I was fixing to say the same thing.
  19. You're over-reacting a bit. We can drop points on the road and be okay. Definitely not at home. For example, Mexico has no road points and is playing in Saprissa today. ES and TT are done. That leaves CR, MEX, HON and US for the 4 spots. All that's left to determine is who has the playoff with CONMEBOL (which we really don't want of course). I would rather qualifying not come down to Honduras away and Costa Rica at home. These two fixtures are the two most winnable matches left. Win them, and we'd have to choke to end up facing the CONMEBOL 5th place side. The only brightside is that Costa Rica could have already qualified by the time of the last game and might rest some of their players. 6 points is great, 4 is ok, 3 is bad, and thing less and we are pretty much getting 4th in the group.
  20. Murray and Nadal both dropped a set today, i'm a little surprised by that.
  21. Good luck, I expect to see you all undefeated in Dallas next month.
  22. I wonder if this guys future is as a starter? If he can't throw strikes he will fit in great with our bullpen.
  23. You're right in that he is justified in his response, but the issue is that he followed the guidelines that IMO are considered outdated and need to be updated with these "new" stadiums. Your opinion and you may be right, but what are the other 31 owners in the league doing? If the league had told him 100 feet he would have put it at 105 feet.
  24. Who cares what he did before diving and who cares that he was injured previously. He also appeared to be dragging his legs in the hope of making contact with the GKers arms, which certainly isn't protecting himself. This Toshack guy sounds like a complete dope. I don't mind the suspension for things like that, but I think fifa will be opening themselves up by starting this. Do they draw the line just at penalty spot situations, or when a mexico player goes down and pretends he was hit by another player hoping to get someone ejected. Lot of potential interpretation of this rule.
