that's just dumb Its really no different than a construction accident where a company is in negligence to code. I don't know what he means by drop the hammer but the university will be held liable for something. there's almost 0 chance that they don't compensate the family greatly regardless of whether they're ever legally found to be at fault (and I doubt any civil suit will ever be filed). but wanting a hammer dropped on ND for criminal negligence is just meaningless message board fist pounding. If that happens there won't be a civil suit as that would be written into the settlement. The end result would be the same, lots of money going to the family.

What is the context of this? I don't get the point of the gif but did you not know the play? Kinsler gets on base with lucky infield single, throw is off course, Huff makes a diving play and Kinsler stupidly turned to 2nd despite his run being meaningless with a 4 run deficit. So he was tagged out. Yeah I didnt see the play. I wasted too much time watching the Bulls last night and not the World Series or the Hawks. lol what a dumb play. Lincecum had just as bad of a play when he had Young caught in a run down trying to go home. Rather than throwing the ball to whoever was covering 3rd he just jogged towards 3rd and Young made it back easily. He was maybe 7 yards away from the bag to make the throw too.

Nope. The whole goal was to make the Super Bowl at home. Phillips has become a complete joke here and the media is destroying him. They Cowboys did the same thing last year and the year before. Phillips has had plenty of chances.

I don't think we could get value for trading down. More so Jones affinity to want to do so. Marvin Austin would have been interesting if he didn't turn pro in college. I wish Earl Thomas had stayed one more year.

Schaub @ Indy Henne @ Cinci I like what Henne's been doing and Cinci gives up points. Indy doesn't have the best D either though.

Of course this is a [expletive] year to draft OL. Outside of that where is the biggest need? I agree that there's no o-lineman that look to be front-line players. I'm hoping to get Peterson in the first and then take o-line in the second. Maybe Jerry will spend in free agency and we can add Mankins there. Peterson or Prince would be fine with me. This looks like a potential trade down year.

Its hard for me to get excited for the NBA regular season. I'm more excited to see OKC more than any team in the NBA right now. Hope Durant can continue his climb.

Not the worst contract in the world, but with the Ricketts saying payroll will be decreasing, I wouldn't expect to see any further upgrades this off-season. I thought I had read that payroll would be staying about the same.
