Neither do I, but I've heard talk about them building air-conditioned stadiums. Seriously. The video of all their proposed stadiums was pretty fancy. Knowing nothing about Qatar at all. Are they capable of this financing without running into the trouble Dubai is in now?

Dax is unprotected in the expansion draft. He's solid value for an expansion side. I'd snap him up. It's either us or Qatar and if it goes to Qatar than you know some dudes at FIFA just got even richer. The heat and security threat alone should rule them out. I live in the damn desert and the last thing I want to do in July is sit outside baking while drinking, screaming, singing and carrying on. People will die if it is held there. Ive done that many times and you have to be careful how long you stay out. Some pasty mofo from England who hasn't seen the sun for months at a time who's had too many pints will die of heat stroke. Personally I hope it's in Australia. 2022 I'll be 37 and presumably making enough money to go. I would not be surprised to see Australia as the favorites in 2026 if they don't win 2022. I really don't see how Qatar is even an option at all, then again its FIFA.

I really never thought that all signs pointed to Sandberg. I always thought of it as something he had to do just ot even be considered. I think if Quade had not done as well in his month and a half then Sandberg would have had a real shot but that was it.

I don't know that he's resentful of Vince personally, just that he was forced on him. He probably would have gotten over it by now if Vince had developed well and become a top notch QB. But with the other issues Vince has had, I think that kept the frustration on Fisher's part going. Basically, he's likely never believed in Vince and Vince's issues have only confirmed his original belief. And how many OC's has Vince been through?

I am finding myself needing a confidence boost going into the 2022 WC. I'm worried we left the door open for Australia. How confident is everyone?

I can't help but see him and think "Kordell Stewart". Maybe it's the similar size and the #10, but Kordell was a decent looking college passer too. He has a couple more years left, so I gotta see how he progresses. I havent' seen too much Baylor football as it is anyway. Thats the tough part is figuring him out while playing for Baylor, though he responsible for Baylor being where they are today. I don't know if the 2012 Olympics is still a goal for him as well, but that would give him 2 more full years in college before considering the NFL. 3800 total yards so far this season as a RedShirt sophmore isn't bad. From what I have seen his arm is fairly strong. Hope to see him in a decent bowl game. Was hoping for Michigan and Baylor just to see him and Robinson on the same field together.

What do people think of Robert Griffin? His throwing ability this season has really surprised me, and he seems committed to becoming a better passer and staying in the pocket more.

Luck, and it's not even close. Luck is the #1 pick if he comes out. He has all the makings to be a Tom Brady or Matt Ryan type QB. He won't wow you with off the chart arm strength and measurables, but he is the best leader, most poised, and most cerebral QB that I have personally seen since Peyton Manning. And he has the ability to make every throw. Luck may not even come out though. You don't think he'll come out? I kind of assumed he would. I tend to think Mallett's more of a boom or bust guy. He could be better than Luck, but is also probably more likely to flame out than Luck. After Mallett and Locker, what QBs likely to be in this class do you really like? I should know more off the top of my head, but I don't. Luck in heartbeat just because he is a smarter and more athletic QB. Personally I like Luck more than Bradford. For whatever reason when I see Mallett I think of Cutler. I do like Mallett a lot too. I think the only reason Luck may not come out is because of a potential holdout. Snead and Locker have given him too many reasons not to comeout.

How much did the flush down the toilet for the posting fee $14million? It's my understanding that the posting fee is only paid if he signs with the club. NPB will have some incentive to talk some sense into the guy. My fault, I was under the impression it was paid regardless.

Its always difficult to take 5'3" ginger seriously. He is not afraid to strike from distance and put the ball on target well tonight too. Yeah this neutral of a site was complete crap too. Supposedly the [expletive] TFC fans staged a walkout at halftime to protest their inept management. Garber's announcement of the new playoff format was pants too. Keep it at 8, seed it single table, do away with conferences, and you solve the problem. Instead, we have now the possibility of the 9th and 10th best teams winning MLS Cup. 8 is perfect, and almost too many. He mentioned something about a play-in game too which is pointless.

What a crappy way to end it, PK's would have been better. Dax played great all game, great fitness too. Cunningham should have done better. That was a great save too.

Hartman made a great save to keep the match even, great FK too. Colorado has come out very strong.

I thought Casey dove on the noncall, looked like a penalty at 1st but the baseline camara looked like he didn't get his foot. Nice cross and finish for Dallas.
