    That would qualify as a shot in the arm, literally and figuratively. It would be much more likely to be injected into the gluteous maximus than the arm. What about in the forehead?

    Why? Why take a leadoff hitter and bat him second, and take the second place hitter and bat him leadoff? Because Patterson has more power than Theroit. But Patt/Roit is fine also.

    Well so does Murton. So we can guess that maybe he won't. If you ask me you've gotta give kids like Murton, Pie, Patterson the majority of the at bats over guys like pagan, floyd, and jones. You use those 3 if they happen to have good carreer #'s against a certain pitcher. But that's not how this team thinks. . If it were me. .     Unless Epatt plays there. He just got called up. Oh he did? How was he doing in AAA? Not that I hate Epatt but man if they keep avoid giving Murton a chance I am going to explode.

    With Sori injured there is no excuse now for Murton not to play everyday in LF until he gets back.

    It's funny and so ironic. The Cubs (especially since they are doing well) are Chicago baseball. And a team that has a sucky record and clearly NOT chicago baseball, is trying to say that they are through ad campaigns.

    Please woody come in this game. Please either play murton or trade him. He'd be much better than floyd right now anyway since floyd ain't hittin homers.

    I was under the impression that it was intentionally bad. I LOVE that commercial. I love it when Pat says "Every man for himself!". . and they scuttle off.

    I'd do that. Make Marquis your long man. Unfortunately it would be almost certainly be Hill or Marshall, not Marquis. Maybe Marquis can read Hill's book.
