    who would you have hit there? that's the izturis we know and love. murton i don't see the point in that at all. murton over izturis? really? theriot already pinch hit, so he would go to short while murton would have moved to left for floyd, who theriot pinch hit for... give me murton everytime Did Blanco show up or is Murton still our emergency catcher?? The cam showed big B down in the dugout really early in the game. So yeah, he's there.

    It was just a crazy play where Lee got there at 1B just by luck really. And I think it went past ted and derosa flipped it to lee.

    Exactly. After the first few batters we started working arroyo which was good to see. Lou will probably lecture the guys in the dugout.

    Just here to say HELL YES! Way to go Lilly! I think I'll stick here with ya'll and watch the game downstairs for awhile.

    This is *almost* right, I think. You can have different lineups every day. Each day's lineup contributes to your total score for the week, and whoever does best overall with total score in each category gets the "win" at the end of the week. Does that help? So are you saying that the "BN" spot does not contribute even if they play a game that day? So for example I have a util 2B guy playing tonite but my regular 2B is not playing, should I but the util 2B guy in to get some extra points? Yes-your guys are on the bench are partly there to handle the off days of your regular players. If your regular is not going to play, then put your bench guy in his place, and then put the regular back in for tomorrow's games. Points from guys who are on the bench the day they play do not count. So it's a very hands on experience in that you have to make sure to move guys back in if they are playing that day and you want THEIR results eh? One last thing. When can you move guys around? It's past midnight now and I am unable to switch BN guys with position players, BN P's with SP's.

    Well now you are going to have to see the WHITE (not blue, not "cubs) with tiny little barely noticeable blue (which is supposed to be the cubs color) every single home game. You will never see another home color ever again. It's gonna get old. Cause really, white jerseys at home?? Who's ever heard of that? Whether it is comon or not is not my point. It is basic, it is boring, and it has barely any of the cubs color (blue) noticable in it at all. That's how nearly every team's standard home unis are. It's what home uniforms are supposed to be. Coming up with uniforms to be different leads to uniforms that look like they're out of the arena league. Baseball is an old game, and the uniforms should look classic, not post-modern. All opinion, and up for debate. If that's the way it has to be then I would prefer the cubs road uni's to have a straight dark blue jersey. Instead of all ugly grey. I also would like to see the home blues atleast once a week.

    What crap ass players? Murton? Soriano? Dlee? Aram? Jones? Barret? Derosa? Honestly, I know you are gonna say Izzy, or Marquis or something like that. But really, how much does 1 or 2 "crap" players hurt us with our team?

    I can care less how we win it as long as we win it. If we get a little help so be it. We have been charitable in that department the past 3-4 years. Yeah. The way I look at it. The other teams owe us major injuries of their own.

    Well, we've been saying this like "If Wood wasn't hurt, or if Derrek Lee didn't get injured". . Yet the cardinals fans still pounce on us "scrubbies" and poke fun of our oginazation. So I say. "REVENGE TIME BABY" NO SYMPATHY, TAKE NO PRISONERS!! YA-HOOO!!
