My point is I don't care what OUR reaction was; my let down is that it was yet another guy that our FO wanted and, quite frankly, it turns out the team really, really, really needs, and they didn't get him. If it makes you feel better that everyone hated the signing at the time, great. If it makes you feel better that they're not getting these guys and Concepcion sucks, great. I don't really have the masochistic drive to derive any satisfaction from that at all because the end result is the team still stinks and it prolongs "the plan."
