Easily. A guy who puts up the numbers he has in the 4 seasons with the Cubs AND who leaves probably $40m on the table to resign here deserves more respect that he gets. DLee is my favorite current Cub, but what happened last offseason immediately put Aramis right there with him. Doesn't hurt that he's been really good this season.
I won't be at that game, but I'd probably have to hold on to the ball if I were the lucky one. I would absolutely bring a spare ball to throw back though.
I expect Fonzie will drop to the 4 spot until ARam comes back. Theriot will probably lead off with DeRosa hitting 2nd against lefties and Pie against righties I imagine. It's going to be a really weird lineup the next few days, in short.
I like my odds against illiniguy simply because I'm pretty ubiquitous on this board. I'm totally on board with this idea BTW, especially since there doesn't seem to be anyone taking it personally. When should we kick it off?
October, far and away. I'm addicted to the baseball playoffs every year, plus the two footballs equals an easy choice. March, April and September are good ones too.
Doesn't he? His age is listed on my interface and I believe only Premium members can put their birthdate in. Maybe if he ever plays for the Panthers. :D
