    Hughes took good shots tonight. Really I don't have a complaint about any of the Bulls except Aaron Gray, who was no good at defending Yao - but not many unathletic guys with a 6-inch height disadvantage will be.

    Putting aside the Rockets' insane 3-point shooting, the Bulls played alright tonight. Wins or not, I like watching this team way more than the Wallace-infected one.

    +11ty billion. I really don't think it's that big of a stretch, i wish someone in the org would pick up on it. Lee gets on base at a monster rate (.400 obp last year) and his power, which was a big reason why he fit very well in the 3 hole, is now much diminished (maybe it will come back, maybe it wont). So why not just stick him in the 2 spot where a player with a huge obp and moderate power belongs? I think it's safe to say Lee's power will be fine. He was ripping the ball in the second half of last year.

    36 in a row at the Joyce behind an incredible performance from McAlarney. 30 points on 9/11 shooting from 3 (a school record for three-point makes). Now all that's left for ND is the Louisville game on Thursday, followed by their final three games coming against the dregs of the league. That ND/Louisville game will almost certainly decide at least a share of the Big East title.

    Not that I think that it will happen anytime soon, nor am I sure whether or not that was a sarcastic comment, but at this point in spring training, I doubt that they'd wait to allow another sport to have their spotlight. Both teams would want to get the players involved in the trade into the swing of things with their new clubs sooner rather than later. We've been kidding around with 'not taking the spotlight away from' stuff ever since it was actually speculated (I think at OH) that the deal was done but we weren't announcing it to give something its spotlight - may have been the Fukudome signing.

    I don't think so and I really like Tennessee. With them and Butler I at least have two teams to pull for in the tournament. Memphis is a good matchup for them. Their defense is just so reliant on forcing turnovers (although not tonight). It depends on the bracket but if they play a good team that takes care of the ball and has an interior threat, I think they're in trouble. I wouldn't like their chances against UCLA or Kansas. UCLA worries me a little bit - I watched a little today and it seemed like a team with a really good big man would be able to stop Kevin Love. But you make a good point. Part of me thinks that ND would be a really good dark horse pick for somebody (inside and outside scoring, can shoot the 3 but don't necessarily rely on it, tremendous point guard play, free-flowing offense with few turnovers), but even if I wanted to I could never pick ND to go to the Final Four. I'd feel like I was jinxing them.

    I already thought Tenn might be my championship pick but I really think it's looking likely now. Also, on a purely selfish note, ND's home win streak moves to 2nd longest in the nation. :D Hopefully they extend it tomorrow afternoon against the Cuse.

    On a horsecrap call. Drake up 2 with 17 seconds to go and the shot clock running down, Drake's player throws himself at Mike Green while chucking a 3, doesn't even hit Green and gets the call anyway. I'm not a Butler fan but that was simply awful.

    Same here. Bearded Lee looks good. That last DLee picture gave me a Greg Oden vibe. Maybe because I've seen that ESPN The Mag ad with Oden about 20 times today.

    It took about two weeks for DeRo to become one of my favorite Cubs last year, and it's to the point where he's right behind Lee, Z and Ramirez now. He really seems like an awesome guy.

    UConn finally lost one of those close games (they were all kinds of due), so ND is now 3rd by themselves in the Big East. A win vs Syracuse tomorrow and the Irish can keep pace with Louisville and Georgetown.

    The ebay route can be tricky. I'd wait assuming you can afford to pay off the CC or assuming that you have one with a low interest rate. But the longer you wait, the more it's going to cost you in interest, so it might be better to unload now. When selling on Ebay, keep in mind how much ebay is going to charge and the take paypal will get. Well, I used a debit card so I have no interest to worry about...I was just curious if I'd be better off pulling the trigger now or waiting until April. I sort of went in between last year with my extras and I feel like I could've gotten more by doing one or the other.

    Any advice for people putting extras on Ebay? I want to maximize return and am unsure as to when to put them up to do that. Note: I'll sell these four 4/30 bleachers vs Milwaukee for 50 a pop now if someone on the board wants them, failing that I'll go the Ebay route.

    Well, I had to punch through the high transaction volume a gazillion times but got 3 bleachers to the last game I needed. Now I just need meet-up tickets.

    I have two sets of three bleachers apiece for the Orioles series but I'm missing the middle game (Wed. 6/25) so if anyone has that game let me know. I couldn't get meet-up day tickets, but I'm sure Vance will cover us all on that front. I think I'm done. I had crappy luck and managed to get two of the three games I wanted and I really can't afford to be doing this anyway.
