Isiah Thomas or Jim Harrick to IU?? =P~ There's a lot of talk that Tony Bennett is the favorite for IU. There is also a LOT of Pitino to IU chatter, as well. After watching him dismantle my team, I now think IU's list should begin, peak, and end with Tony Bennett. He's done a lot with not much at WSU and shouldn't have a problem getting good recruits to IU.

Georgetown is my first Elite 8 team down. Not a terrible loss, but I'd have preferred that happen a little later. Davidson might well have a shot at sneaking into the Final Four.

I'm hosed if Stanford loses. The one year I don't go nuts loving the Big East is the year the Big East decides they're going to show up in the tournament.

Well, it's been a fun tournament. ND athletics once again craps the bed when it matters. Credit WSU though for knowing exactly what to do to stop us and executing well. UNC might have more problems with them than I might have first thought.

If it is this easy to shut us down, why couldn't more teams do it before I dared get my hopes up for this?

The halftime score illustrates why we probably won't - we don't handle great defensive teams well, and Mike Brey has little interest in adjusting to it as ND makes the same mistakes they've made against every other great defensive team they've played.
