  1. Anyone wanna take a guess whose section that jackoff came out of? (I'll give you a hint. Mine.) Effing moron. I was up four rows dealing with another fan and when i turned around he was climbing over the wall. I'd had problems with him the whole game and could have kicked him out the inning before but I was being nice and let him stay. We see how well that turned out. Haha so it's YOUR fault! :D
  2. I don't see any way on this planet the Bulls would've given D'Antoni close to that much money. Not sure what the Bulls' beef is.
  3. If we beat Randy Johnson to sweep the best team in baseball this really is the year.
  4. In that case they can only give it to Geovany Soto as no one else is worthy of the name.
  5. Down one, first and third no out, a Brewer grounds to SS and Braun gets thrown out at home because he took off on contact. This is probably the 5th time I've seen this happen to Milwaukee and I don't watch more than one game of theirs a week. Yost is awful.
  6. I thought the same thing, but Lilly did have a big hit for us today to tie it, too.
  7. I saw Hee Seop hit one off the scoreboard in 2003 that would be longer than Pujols's if stretched out. But Albert killed that thing.
  8. amazing what can happen when you hand a rookie the starting job out of spring training and actually leave him there Well, Soto's been destroying the ball ever since he came up, it's not like there was really any choice.
  9. Well Reed's an idiot. Silver lining, Wood can get a save.
  10. Could Soto throw out Chuck Norris? Trick question. They are one and the same.
  11. If I were an ump I probably wouldn't have called it. But I'd be a bad ump.
  12. Not the game, but Grace was in the booth talking about his cycle in 1993, the last one the Cubs had.
  13. Ha, I remember that. Was that the same series (same game, maybe?) as the Prior vs. Clemens matchup? Same game. Prior went 5 scoreless and we crushed Clemens for 5 runs in 6.
  14. I thought that was the game where he needed a double for the cycle and had a well-hit ball to RF, but it bounced like 6 inches foul? Here it is: http://www.baseball-reference.com/boxes/HOU/HOU200406140.shtml
  15. This reminds me of Todd Walker's game in 2004 against Houston when he needed a double for the cycle going into his last AB and hit one a couple of feet too high instead for a home run. In Houston.
  16. It's good to see he has no ill will for the fans.
  17. The way that guy says "Noooo" cracks me up for some reason. C'mon Lilly, let's get through this one and have the studs handle things from there.
