    Kyle Lohse is due to give up about 20 home runs in a week. Let's kick that stretch off for him, shall we? I do not want to lose to this pixie-dust story pitcher - or on national TV - or with our current 2nd best starter on the hill.

    I had pitch by pitch on my phone all night and got a definite sense of doom when I saw Ludwick pinch hitting. I feel like that ex-scrub is going to kill us one of these times - glad it wasn't tonight. Big win.

    They have different covers for each system. Matt Ryan is on PS3, Owen Schmitt (?) is on PSP, DeSean Jackson is on PS2 and for some unknown reason, NCAA is celebrating its debut on the Wii by having Sparty the mascot on the cover.

    Sabbathia is a Cy Young winner. And is only under contract for 3 more months. How long has it been since the Cubs won? Who cares if we lose Sabbathia if that brings them closer to a WS which it will. Yes, it will bring us closer to a World Series for one season, then hurt our chances over the next several years. I think we have a better chance of winning a World Series in the next 5 years if we don't "go for it" to that extreme. I think people aren't realizing how bad our pen could be without a good Marmol anyways. It would probably be better than it has been the last two weeks or so without an even remotely acceptable Marmol

    They owner was losing a lot of money with a team that had a terrible lease in a crappy arena, and he sold the organization to a billionaire from a city that had fantastic attendance while hosting a transplant team from another area. What did he think was going to happen? Seattle isn't getting robbed. They barely even supported the team when the whole S.O.S movement needed them the most. The fans in Seattle knew the damn S.O.S. never had a chance because this whole abomination is being orchestrated by David Stern. Why should they have a 'movement' (what are they gonna do, sell out the arena for a team they know is moving?) when they know nothing will change? Stern should be ashamed of himself. No one would stop talking about how wonderful KeyArena is when it opened, now it doesn't meet NBA standards? It's a damn travesty.
