    What the hell. Are we ever going to try to start Jeff Samardzija, or just keep him as a crappy reliever for eternity? I like Jeff Stevens.

    Not even close. There are maybe 3 teams with that kind of fliff like that, and that's not enough to push a bidding war up to 40 million. As far as I can tell, no one bid on A-Rod, he's older than Albert is, and he got 30 million.

    Aramis is better. Much better. And will continue to be much better until he's out of his prime.

    Miles HAS gotten a whole lot worse. 2009 OPS: Miles .500 Blanco .620 Add in Andres's HUGE upgrade defensively and this is a no-brainer. I know, sample size, but neither Miles nor Blanco is going to get a lot of ABs on a good team anyway, so small samples is all one should have with those two.

    I love how Santana sucks if he's playing the Cardinals or Astros, who beat him a few weeks ago I'll let 2 of the runs go since he had a 2-run double, but if he gives up any more him and me are going to have some issues.
