  1. It's kinda funny though. Not particularly original, however, as that joke was all over Twitter last night
  2. I think black and red work best together so I voted for that. However, it's worth noting that I doubt Pittsburgh would be so monochromatic if they had two teams in the same sport like Chicago does with baseball.
  3. I actually want him with Team USA. I'd rather him not be tentative at all when the real games start. Plus, I think that's a good way for him to measure his game against the best in the world, rather than preseason games that nobody cares about. I'm sure I'm in the minority here, but that's how I feel. No, I agree too. I want no part of Rose still being tentative in October.
  4. Well, that was a [expletive] way to end the season
  5. It's so frustrating to watch Boozer. He's really good, but he could easily be so much better if he were just a stronger rebounder and finisher
  6. Wade pulling his "suddenly I'm not injured anymore" crap again, and this is likely my last NBA game until Halloween.
  7. Stunningly, the refs don't reward LeBron for his flop.
  8. LeBron doesn't flop guys, pay no attention to his tanklike body flailing to the ground after getting fouled by a 5'9", 180-pound (both listings generous) guy.
  9. No, he doesn't flop. He said so. What a bitch
  10. Here's where the Heat go nuts for the 4th quarter and reveal they were just screwing around for the first 36 minutes.
  11. Refs calling an awful lot of fouls on Miami tonight. I'll take it.
  12. I disagree. There is still value in day baseball, played under the sun, value that contributes to the brand of the Cubs. They have some sort of sentimental that can't be quantified, but more night games have real, positive, quantifiable value on the bottom line. If the difference between 35 and 46 night games in our TV deal is the difference between the Cubs having and not having enough money to spend to field a contender, we have bigger problems than we thought IMO.
  13. Some silly baserunning from Colorado tonight
  14. Ah, so it's 'get shut down by a crappy soft-tossing lefty' night.
  15. Depends on your definition, but I'm pretty sure we haven't had a starter give up more than 5 runs.
  16. Whoa, Soriano hasn't gunned someone like that from LF in a while.
  17. But supposedly they want to extend Garza.
  18. This is the Bulls' fan playoff thread, not the "everyone respect how great the Heat are" thread. We all know the Heat are great. I'm not sure why people ITT feel like it needs to be pointed out every 10 posts.
  19. He's been even better than I thought he'd be. An excellent pickup
  20. Norris Cole can DIAF. [expletive]'s never going to do anything in his life like this series.
  21. They have nothing left. To be honest this is what I expected in Game 1. Thibs and the team deserve enormous credit for stretching it two gutty performances farther after the Nets series.
  22. That last OOB was off Chalmers, but whatever
  23. One team hits open shots, the other doesn't. Pretty simple.
