    James Russell setting dumpster fires tonight, although it's also not really his fault - a couple of these fly balls should've been caught.

I dunno, I liked him a lot more when he was writing 3 articles a week for ESPN. I did too, but I think he was fine last night. For someone who generally doesn't watch college hoops he seemed to at least do a passable imitation of knowing what he was talking about. And he and Bilas seem to have a nice rapport. And he's 100% right about Doc Rivers. I don't think anyone cares if Rivers doesn't want to rebuild, but he was (and still is being) disingenuous as hell about it and Simmons was right to call him out.

    If Deng is a Bull in 2013, you'll never know if Snell can impress as a rookie. I meant more so off the court, but fair point.

    Snell seems like another Deng-type player. Between him and Butler, I have a hard time seeing Deng staying a Bull beyond next season (assuming, of course, that Snell impresses as a rookie).

    It's literally been like 15 minutes since reports of Dallas swapping 16 for 18 came out and they're still cracking David Kahn jokes because Atlanta 'drafted' two PGs in a row.

    Dallas just traded the 16th pick that we're all supposed to pretend Boston is making to Atlanta.

    Did everyone know this already? What the [expletive] [expletive] Came out earlier today. It's pretty brilliant if the strategy is to tank away for the 2014 draft, not so much if they're actually trying to win a basketball game in the next year.
