He had legitimately good numbers in the minors, so if he does well it's not ridiculous. Unlike Piscotty and Grichuk, he's actually performing well without a sky-high BABIP, too. Piscotty and Grichuk were/are legitimate prospects, they're playing above their expected level but they aren't nobodies. Pham is Bryan LaHair. Yeah, I didn't mean to imply that the latter two weren't real players, just that their success isn't to this point dependent on a ludicrous BABIP.
