  1. Oh look, Heyward hit a 4-3 groundout
  2. This is so depressing. Just give us the injury news and stop the death march.
  3. Mr. Arbitrary Endpoints strikes again! Yeah, this has not been fun though.
  4. Would it be stunning if he didn't end the regular season in the rotation?
  5. Both starters still in the game which strikes me as weird
  6. If they wanted to tank, they should've traded Jimmy Butler
  7. The Mets fans are going to be so salty when we reverse what happened last year and beat them in the playoffs after they kicked our ass in the regular season.
  8. Do the Bulls have any players that are friends with those guys? More importantly, this creepy weirdo is gone: http://assets.sbnation.com/assets/976011/d-rose-dance.gif The funny/sad thing is, I bet if we looked in the archives there would be a lot of posts from us talking about how awesome it was that Rose didn't engage in that dancing. I know I got a kick out of it at the time.
  9. Then look worse He had the best of the last 3 plate appearances to be fair
  10. And I would've sent Wood too if I'd known the ball wouldn't go more than 12 feet from the plate the rest of the inning
  11. Jesus horsefeathering Christ what a stupid loss. Peralta needs to go.
  12. 0 strikes thrown since Zobrist double
  13. He always starts slow. Until we signed him he didn't horsefeathering suck all the way through June.
  14. Really wish we'd had another option there besides Heyward.
  15. Javy being on pace for 16 or 17 dongs without even playing everyday is not something I would've guessed. Even more so when coupled with him not being completely otherwise useless at the plate.
  16. The offense has really gone to horsefeathers since the Bryant homer
  17. Sounds like a smart decision. I have to say, I don't root for anyone to be injured, but it would be slightly satisfying if the Cubs slug their way to a World Series title while the Mets miss the playoffs because all their young talented pitchers get hurt, because of the rebuild with hitters or pitchers dynamic. I'm not rooting for any injuries either, but I know a meathead Mets fan, and that's enough for me to somewhat enjoy it if everything goes to hell for them.
  18. They give it up for the whole game. Pinch hitters after Bumgarner leaves. Same as if someone subs for the DH in a regular AL game.
  19. That makes sense. I still wonder what happens when Fowler and Soler are ready. I have a feeling Coghlan isn't long for this team.
  20. Citing Pythagorean when the Cubs are like 5-6 games under their Pythagorean is...interesting.
