Well, the fumble was at the 1, so it wasn't that hard to believe they'd score on the next play. Well, yeah, but the point is that it's a chance to take points off the board and they blew it.

Alright, settle down here. Weinke completes a couple of good deep balls and all of a sudden we're going for everything on every play.

What happened? On the Giants last possession, Eli threw deep down the field. It was short and the receiver came back to get it. The Panthers CB fell down and reached up, grabbed the Giants guys arm, and pulled him to the ground. It was right in front of the ref too. Bizarre. Strange since NY is the big-market team :wink: Trading 3-and-outs and now Carolina with the ball again.

Wow. Weinke comes right back and takes the Panthers 78 yards in 4 plays. Drew Carter catches the 36-yard touchdown to make it 10-7.
