    Bill Richardson? As in Fromer Secretary of Energy and Gov. of Arizona, Bill Richardson? I don't see that happening. The Republicans would destroy him on the Los Alamos leaks alone. But I'd love to hear why you think he could still be a viable candidate, because before the stories of that leak came out I thought he had a shot too.

    Why? Cause he was a hell of a hard worker, and pretty good on the basepaths from what I remember. I think he'd be a good 1st or 3rd base coach. And he's a pretty vibrant guy, and I like having coaches that are likeable. Why not? Well, he sucked, had a horrible approach, and there's no evidence whatsoever that he has any qualifications to coach. Perfect example of a crappy hustler by the way. Ramirez jogging is 800 times better than Dunston running out another ground ball out. Boy, for someone who's a NSBB Hall of Famer, you sure have a nice attitude. :? Put the stick down and stop poking the bear.

    They also may be protected by the Shield Law. I'll be interested to see what the 9th Circuit has to say. It was a federal grand jury. There is no federal shield law. I believe it is being appealed though. I, too, will be interested to see what happens the next rung up. The judge's ruling to jail them is being appealed, not the finding that put them there.

    umm... They're not being jailed because of the steroids. They're being jailed for contempt of court, because they refuse to say who illegally leaked grand jury testimony to them. They are, in effect, committing a crime.

    Photogs don't write their own captions. They do at every newspaper I've ever worked at. I've always written my own captions. Granted the page desinger and editors can change the basic sturcture of the caption, but they weren't there so they can't change the information.
