    Woj reporting that the Knicks broke draft rules by holding improper workouts with prospects and that Brandon Rush actually suffered the knee injury that knocked him out in 07 at one of these workouts.     I almost wish some super team would emerge in the North and just run away with the division because now the Bears will mathematically be in it until late in the season and it might force the team to play well enough to save jobs.

    Peterson did carry the ball 28 times...I wouldn't exactly call that failing to feed him the ball. What was weird was Favre pump faking at a receiver, moving around, and then trying to throw to that same receiver, seems like he'd be doing that to set up Moss down the field.

    I can't disagree with most of that. Only thing I'd quibble with is not acknowledging that Cutler clearly broke the plane on the fumble.

    No way we matriculate the ball down field with dinks and dunks. Knox won't run a complete route anyway unless it's straight down the field. ALL GOs!

    Is Forte's grip that weak? It wasn't a very violent punch out of the ball.

    If they would actually put Devin A. in there, I'd be for it, but I can't see Knox or Bennett getting enough air to catch one. I saw him blocking on some of those nice runs on the last drive.

    To run all those plays and get close to the goal line and not even have one pass attempt into the end zone is pretty pathetic. That's why I like the fade, even though you almost all hate it. You don't really have to protect much and it gives you a chance at a ball in the end zone.

    Is anyone surprised? Even when we got the running game pumping and some decent conversions the inevitable disaster was lurking.

    3 timeouts, trying to miraculously get into the locker room only down 3 (at worst). I agree with that decision.

    Martz ran that quick screen play at the beginning of the game and won't go back to anything similar for the rest. He's filled his quota.
