    I'll be surprised if it were us. I could see it being the Dodgers, pre Friedman, but I'd guess it to be the Phillies or Tigers.

    i'm kind of thinking we just stay within the standard limits all the time with these kids so we can be eligible to sign the next big-time young cuban dude who shows up. i think i'd rather have one moncada than five gleyber/eloys. It appears this Maitan kid IS that type of guy next year.

One team has 6 signings at around 7.5 mill-I could definitely see that being us. I could also see us stay within budget and spend huge NEXT year on Maitin and whoever else, with the Yankees, Red Sox, and hopefully the Dodgers all being spent out. I think that's what I'm hoping for actually.

    Kyle bringing up CF Barney for Almora sadly feels realistic in some ways. I do hope the hit tool comes back and he at least does have some pop. I'm hoping he rebounds and his family issues from last year actually did have an effect on his play. McLeod's comments on Stinnett have me very interested in him though.

    You are so smart. Gooney mentioned a drop off, that's where mine is. No clue after that, Im leaning Stinnett or Jimenez, I think.
