being a top 20 hitter in your league at age 24 is hardly an indictment going forward TT, who in the NL besides Pujols would you expect to out-hit Braun? fwiw, i don't think being a -5 fielder is going to stick in the writers minds enough to significantly hinder his chances of winning an MVP. Keeping in mind he's a horrendous defender in LF, I don't think it's far fetched to find 10 guys. He didn't crack my MVP ballot last year. He didn't make yours either. because of a .335 OBP registered last year which he's already shown great strides in improving. i absolutely agree he's likely a future MVP. Jay Bruce and Upton are two others i'd lay pretty good odds for, too.
