    the favorites don't always prevail on a side note, this could be both Lidstrom's and Joe Louis Arena's last ever hockey game, which would be sad

    all three games have been 4-3; they're not exactly getting slaughtered. just some bad breaks, like Lidstrom's stick (literally), and the 5 on 3 coming from Setoguchi's dive, and Howard letting in some softies. it very easily could be something like 2-1 in the Wings favor right now, just part of the unpredictability of a short series can you honestly say that the Sharks have carried the play in any of the three games?
