  2. i voted yes given payroll slashing, i simply don't believe it was it was ever a realistic proposition to contend in '12-'13, and sure, i'm slightly aggrieved that this year didn't pan out in terms of wins but when we've got young stars starting all over the field, the added single year of unnecessary plight will be rendered mostly a non-issue for me; and i fully expect this to happen sooner rather than later actually, make that a resounding yes

  10. Castillo has had some of the worst luck lately
  11. Wow... that was a shot. Are we sure he is just a 15-or-so HR guy? better question: are we sure he's not the #1 prospect in the game? Any idea what his contact numbers look like this year Russell (20) is at 81.4% with Tennessee Bryant (22) was 68.8% Baez (20) was 65.5% i don't anticipate Ks being a problem for Russell at all
  12. Wow... that was a shot. Are we sure he is just a 15-or-so HR guy? better question: are we sure he's not the #1 prospect in the game?
  13. Matt Kemp's defense is the gift that keeps giving
  14. new game thread theme: posting pictures that are sure to make people want to barf brb, googling 'horse [expletive]'
  15. ugh, what the [expletive], spoiler that [expletive], creep
  16. Castro hurried a throw on an iffy DP ball, it sailed into RF, then Adrian Gonzalez was thrown out at home; he probably missed the plate altogether on a hook slide
  17. sadly, it thought Ruggiano would be a 4.5-win player this year it's probably best to ignore its existence altogether
  18. Tigers rotation features the past three AL CYA winners
